The Aligned Action Framework

You've built a life worth living.

Now let's build a system to actually live it.

The Aligned Action Framework™ is a private 6-month coaching experience for high-achieving women who are doing everything right — and still ending every day wondering if it was enough.

You're the one people call when something needs to get done.

You lead the team. Run the household. Hit the deadline. Show up for the kids. Keep the marriage going. And somewhere in the middle of all of it — you feel like you're running around with your hair on fire.

You end days that were completely full still wondering if you did anything that actually mattered. You say yes in the moment and resent it by Thursday. You're the most capable person in the room — and somehow still feel behind.

The guilt isn't because you're failing at work or at home. It's because you're trying to win at both without a scorecard for either.

That's not a discipline problem. That's an operating system problem.

And no planner, podcast, or 4am wake-up call is going to fix it — because those are execution tools for someone who already has clarity.

“I walked away with peace, confidence—and a simple operating system that helps me decide, focus, and be present at work and home.”

Keri Patrick | Business + Relationship Lead, Chick-fil-A Inc.

Imagine This

You know what “enough” looks like: at work and at home.

Your calendar reflects your values (with white space on purpose).

You make faster, kinder decisions; without guilt.

Even in busy seasons, you feel grounded, present, and proud of how you showed up.

Who It's For

This is for you if:

  • You have a full, successful life — and it still doesn't feel like enough
  • You're a working mom who loves her career and loves her kids and feels guilty in both places
  • You're high-performing, highly capable, and privately exhausted
  • You've tried the planners. The morning routines. The productivity accounts. None of it stuck.
  • You don't need more motivation. You need a framework.
  • You're ready to stop reacting and start leading your own life

Especially: women in leadership roles, working moms with young kids, high-capacity women in the Chick-fil-A ecosystem and beyond who are ready to trade surviving for something that actually feels like theirs.

Why This is Different

You've already tried the planners. The 4am wake-ups. The Audible library that's mostly half-finished chapters and good intentions.

Here's why none of it worked: those are execution tools for someone who already has clarity.

You don't need a better morning routine. You need to know what deserves your morning first.

The Aligned Action Framework™ starts where most systems stop — with who you are. Your identity, your values, your real capacity in this actual season of life. Then we build the rhythms, the calendar, and the goals on top of that.

That's why it lasts. Not because it's more rigid — because it's more you.

The Aligned Action Framework

How It Works:

01

Anchor Your Mindset → Reset the inner narrative from striving to grounded confidence.

02

Lead from Identity → Clarify your God-given identity, values, strengths, and vision. Make decisions from who you are—not comparison.

03

Inventory What Matters → Define what you’re truly responsible for stewarding in this season — and what can stop competing for your attention.

04

Ground Your Time in Your Values → Translate clarity into rhythms and a calendar that reflects your priorities and real capacity — not an idealized life.

05

Name the Win→ Define what “winning” actually looks like and set 1–3 aligned goals

06

Review + Next Steps → Bring everything together into a personalized, repeatable framework you know how to return to as life shifts.

What You'll Take With You
(like, physically…)

Most programs give you a PDF and a pep talk. You're leaving with a full operating system — and the ability to run it yourself for the rest of your life.

01

Rooted Identity Profile

Your values, your strengths, and the exact language you'll use to make decisions, set boundaries, and lead with confidence from here on out. This isn't a personality quiz result. It's a foundation.

02

Personal Scorecard for Winning

A custom, values-based definition of "enough" — at work and at home — built around your actual life in this actual season. No more measuring yourself by a to-do list that's never finished. You'll know what winning looks like. And you'll know when you've done it.

03

Ideal Week Layout

A weekly rhythm designed around your real capacity, your family, your work, and your non-negotiables. Not aspirational. Not Pinterest-perfect. Repeatable — which is the only kind that actually changes anything.

04

Your Bags of Gold

A role-by-role inventory of everything God has given you to steward in this season. We look at what ideal actually looks like for each one, where you are now, and what one rhythm could close that gap. Not to add more to your plate — to put first things first.

05

Quarterly Reset Ritual

A guide you'll return to every quarter — to realign your scorecard, adjust your rhythms, and recalibrate as your season shifts. Because life keeps moving, and this system moves with it.

What This Actually Looks Like

Jessica W. came to coaching as a newly promoted leader with two young kids and a quiet question she kept to herself:

"Am I doing any of this well?"

Externally? Everyone said yes. Internally, she was replaying every meeting, comparing herself to peers, and carrying a level of guilt that didn't match her performance.

She wasn't failing. She was running on an operating system that had never been designed for her.

Over six months, she built something different. She anchored in her identity as a mom and a leader — not as someone who had to earn her place in both. She named her values and started using them as actual filters. She built rhythms that gave her margin and presence instead of just momentum.

By the end, she said:

"I feel so clear. Where I was vs. where I am now — it all felt so heavy before. Now I feel calm, confident, and at peace… even while carrying a lot."

That's the shift. Not a lighter life. A more aligned one.

Why Now?

I know. You're in a busy stretch. You'll get to it when things slow down.

But here's what I've watched happen when women wait:

The calendar hardens. Reactivity becomes routine before you even notice. The things that are quietly draining you become the things you just accept about yourself.

And the worst part? The version of yourself you've been putting off — the one who's grounded, present, clear — she doesn't show up automatically when the calendar clears.

She shows up when you build her.

You don't get a different kind of full later. You get a different season of full. The question is whether you'll be running it — or whether it'll be running you.

Frequently Asked Questions

01

How much time will I need each week?

About 60–90 minutes outside our calls.

Think: a little reflection, a couple tiny rhythm reps, and one 15–20 minute planning touchpoint. We’re going for consistent, not heroic.

02

I’ve tried planners and productivity hacks. How is this different?

We don’t color-code the chaos.

We start with who you are—identity, values, capacity—then translate that into rhythms and then into time. No clarity, no calendar.

03

What results can I expect in the first 30 days?

Early wins look like:actually knowing what to say when people ask you about yourself, 3–5 “enough” signals on your Personal Scorecard, one or two protected time blocks on your calendar, and faster yes/no decisions with a lot less guilt.

04

What if my season changes or I miss a week?

Ahh yes. Real life-- I know her..

I run my own business and have 3 kids, 6 and under-- I get it!

We use a 15-minute Quarterly Reset to realign your scorecard, rhythms, and Ideal Week. If you miss a week, you’re not “behind”—you just reset and keep going.

05

What are the payment options?
